Paceo and Garmin

Connect your Garmin Connect account: every run recorded on your Garmin watch lands in Paceo with its heart rate and pace, and your plan adjusts accordingly.

Automatic importSessions as .FIT files

Your Garmin runs, automatically

As soon as you connect, Paceo fetches your last 90 days of activities, then every new run synced to Garmin Connect: distance, pace, heart rate, elevation.

Your sessions on the watch

Every structured session (warm-up, reps, recoveries, pace or heart rate targets) downloads as a .FIT file. Copy it over USB into your watch's GARMIN/NEWFILES folder: the session appears in your workouts.

Connect Garmin in three steps

  1. 1In Paceo, open Settings → Integrations and choose Garmin.
  2. 2Authorise Paceo on Garmin Connect: your last 90 days are imported.
  3. 3Set your goal: your plan takes your real volume into account.

Frequently asked questions

Which Garmin watches are compatible?

Any watch that syncs its activities with Garmin Connect: Forerunner, Fenix, Epix, Enduro, Instinct, Venu… Paceo reads activities from your account, not from the watch.

Do my Paceo sessions go straight to my Garmin?

For now, through a .FIT file you copy onto the watch (Garmin Connect does not import these workout files). Direct sending is planned.

I also use Strava — will I get duplicates?

No. Paceo recognises a run arriving through both Garmin and Strava, and keeps the more complete Garmin version.
