Paceo, compatible with Strava
Your watch has no direct connection with Paceo? If it sends your runs to Strava — Polar, Apple Watch, Wahoo, Amazfit… —, Paceo picks them up that way.
All your Strava runs
As soon as you connect, Paceo fetches your last 90 days of activities, then every new run as soon as it reaches Strava: distance, pace, heart rate, elevation.
What about your sessions?
Strava does not send workouts to watches: you follow your sessions in Paceo, or download them as .FIT files if your watch accepts them.
Connect Strava in three steps
- 1In Paceo, open Settings → Integrations and choose Strava.
- 2Authorise Paceo on Strava: your last 90 days are imported.
- 3Set your goal: your plan takes your real volume into account.
Frequently asked questions
Which watches go through Strava?
Any watch that publishes to Strava: Polar, Apple Watch, Wahoo, Amazfit, Samsung, and also Garmin, COROS or Suunto if you prefer that route.
Does Paceo post anything to my Strava?
No. Paceo reads your activities; it posts nothing and changes nothing on your account.
I connected Strava and my watch — are there duplicates?
No: the same run arriving two ways is kept only once, in its most complete version.
