Connect Suunto to Paceo
Your Suunto workouts sync to Paceo automatically. Paceo builds your road, trail or ultra plan, keeps it on track with Kairn, your AI coach, and sends each planned session to your watch as a SuuntoPlus Guide.
What you get
Automatic import
Every workout recorded on your watch appears in Paceo a few minutes after it syncs to the Suunto app, with heart-rate data.
Sessions on your watch
Send any planned session to your watch: target pace or zone, duration and intervals, guided step by step during your run.
A plan that adapts
Paceo compares each workout with the planned session and updates your training load. Kairn suggests adjustments; nothing changes without your OK.
How to connect
- 1Create your free Paceo account at paceo.net/register, or sign in if you already have one.
- 2Open Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Suunto.
- 3Sign in with your Suunto account and authorize Paceo. You are sent back to Paceo, and your workouts from the last 90 days are imported.
✓ That's it: from now on, new workouts are imported automatically.
Send a session to your watch
- 1Open a planned session from your plan.
- 2Under Send to watch, click Send to Suunto.
- 3The session appears in the Suunto app among your SuuntoPlus Guides and reaches your watch at the next sync. Start your run with the guide selected.
Requires a Suunto watch that supports SuuntoPlus Guides.
Data we use
- Read: your workouts (summary, heart rate and the workout FIT file), to analyse your training and compare it with your plan.
- Write: only the planned sessions you choose to send, as SuuntoPlus Guides.
- We do not access your daily activity (steps), routes or any other Suunto data.
- Your Suunto access tokens are encrypted at rest. Paceo never sees your Suunto password.
Disconnect at any time
Click Disconnect next to Suunto in Settings → Integrations. Workouts already imported stay in Paceo; you can export or delete all your data from your account settings. Details in our privacy policy.
